  A Personal Protection Order is an order that restrains the violent spouse from committing family violence against you or the children. • I want my husband to not come into the home/room where I stay with my children?

  If the house belongs to both of you most likely you cannot prevent him from coming into the house or even into the room. There is a summons application for exclusion order where you can request for violent spouse be excluded from the home or from the room that you occupy.
